38NORTH offers a range of shipping options depending on the product and delivery method selected at checkout.

Some items ship via standard carrier or freight delivery and may arrive separately. Delivery timelines and methods vary by vendor and product type.

White Glove Delivery is available on select items and packages. If selected, services will include delivery, placement, assembly, and debris removal for items purchased through 38NORTH.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused, and saleable condition.

• Returns must be coordinated through the 38NORTH team

• Items must be returned in new condition with little to no use

• A shipping fee applies to large furniture pieces requiring freight pick

Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within a limited window prior to processing. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
