We started 38NORTH to make that feeling easier to achieve. Furnishing a second home or investment property shouldn’t be complicated or overwhelming. It should feel seamless.

38NORTH was founded from a shared belief that furnishing a home—especially from a distance—should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
After working closely with homeowners, investors, and buyers, we both saw the same gap: beautiful, fully finished spaces were hard to achieve without a significant amount of time, coordination, and stress. We created 38NORTH to simplify that process and bring a more thoughtful, turnkey approach to furnishing second homes and investment properties.
Christina Christine is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) with the National Association of REALTORS®, bringing deep local market knowledge and a strong foundation in customer experience and project management. She has guided clients through every stage of the home journey—from first-time purchases to investment properties and relocations—and is known for her steady, detail-oriented approach that makes even complex transactions feel seamless.
